DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

• Prints are generally dispatched with 2-3 working days of receipt of payment.
• Personal Soul Paintings & other ‘Original’ works will take longer.The drying process of each work is dependant on Seasonal weather conditions & cannot be force dried.
• All National orders are posted via NZ Post.
• All International orders are posted via NZ Post using International Air Parcel. This service doesn’t include online tracking & signature upon delivery. Should you desire this service, please email me prior to ordering for Shipping costs for updated charges.

• All orders are wrapped carefully with Tissue paper, & placed in a heavy duty, Waterproof Plastic, Bubble lined envelope with stiff supportive card.
• Please choose carefully — all Orders are processed in good faith & are non refundable. In extreme circumstances refund will be considered. Return of the goods will be at your expense.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Gift Certificates Terms & Conditions

• Can only be redeemed through Gail Taylor Energy Works website, towards the purchase of eligible Products from this site & are deducted from Gift Certificate balance.
• Any unused balance of funds will remain available to the Purchaser/Recipient until spent & accrues no fees.
• If the order exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, the remainder must be paid for using the normal procedure of this website’s online payment facilities.
• Confirmation by email, of receipt of payment for all Gift Certificates is sent to all Purchasers.
• Gail Taylor Energy Works retains full record of all Gift Certificate Validation numbers & Purchasers/Recipients to avoid any fraudulent use, to protect all parties.
• Gift certificates do not expire & do not accrue maintenance fees.
• Gift certificates cannot be purchased to buy other Gift Certificates.
• Gift certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, redeemed for cash, or applied to any other account.
• The risk of Loss & Title for Gift Certificate/s pass to the Purchaser upon electronic transmission to the Purchaser/ Recipient.
• Neither Gail Taylor Energy Works or the Direct Payment Provider is responsible if a Gift Certificate is used without permission, lost or stolen.
• CANCELLATION – As Gift Certificates have no Expiry date, Reimbursement will be made ONLY on any FULLY UNREDEEMED Gift Certificate, after One [1] full year from Purchase & upon receipt by Gail Taylor Energy Works of Proof of Purchase details.
